Position Overview:
Green Fest is seeking a dynamic and organized Volunteer Coordinator to join our team. The Volunteer Coordinator will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing volunteers to ensure the successful implementation of the festival.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment: Develop and implement a recruitment strategy for volunteers, including outreach to local communities, schools, and organizations.
• Scheduling: Create and manage volunteer schedules to ensure all event activities are adequately staffed.
• Supervision: Oversee volunteers during the event, providing support and addressing any issues or concerns.
• Communication: Maintain regular communication with volunteers, keeping them informed about the event and their responsibilities.

Qualifications:
– Previous experience in volunteer coordination or event management is preferred.
– Strong organizational and leadership skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or other relevant software.
